George Orellana, Managing Attorney at Orellana Law, P.A., represents clients in insurance disputes, personal injury matters, and general civil litigation throughout the entire state of Florida.
Mr. Orellana built his practice on a straightforward principle: give clients honest, accessible legal guidance and aggressive representation when they need it most. He understands that dealing with insurance companies and navigating personal injury claims can be overwhelming — and he's committed to standing in the gap between his clients and powerful insurers or opposing parties.
When you're represented by Orellana Law, P.A., you work directly with your attorney — not a paralegal, not an associate you'll never meet.
Why Choose Us:
Direct Access. You work directly with George throughout your case. No being shuffled between associates. No getting passed off to someone who doesn't know your situation.
Honest Assessment. We tell you the truth about your case — even when it's not what you want to hear. We'd rather set realistic expectations than promise results we can't deliver.
No Fee If There’s No Recovery. We handle both property insurance claims and personal injury cases on a contingency fee basis. You pay us nothing unless we recover money for you. If your claim or case doesn't result in a payment, neither do we. The percentage and specific terms will be explained during your free consultation.
